These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pagui Photography & Films website and online booking services. By using our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Pagui Photography & Films provides photography, videography, photo sessions, event coverage, consultations, digital products, and related creative services.
Specific prices, deposits, deliverables, cancellation policies, timelines, and other conditions associated with a photography or videography service may be contained in a separate proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, or signed service agreement. If there is a conflict, the applicable signed service agreement governs the purchased service.
2. Appointments and Bookings
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information when scheduling an appointment or service.
Appointment availability is subject to change. We may contact customers when reasonably necessary to confirm, reschedule, update, or otherwise administer a booking.
3. Payments
Prices and payment requirements are communicated before or during the booking process. Customers are responsible for paying all amounts agreed upon for the selected service.
Additional services, products, travel, overtime, modifications, or upgrades may result in additional charges when agreed upon.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the service booked. Any service-specific cancellation, deposit, or rescheduling conditions presented during booking or contained in a signed service agreement will apply.
5. Photography and Videography Deliverables
The quantity, format, editing, delivery method, and estimated delivery timeline for photographs or videos depend on the service purchased and any applicable service agreement.
Creative decisions involving editing style, image selection, color treatment, composition, and similar artistic matters may be made by Pagui Photography & Films consistent with the services agreed upon.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pagui Photography & Films retains applicable copyrights and intellectual-property rights in photographs, videos, designs, and other original creative works.
Customers receive the usage rights specified in their applicable package, booking terms, or service agreement.
7. SMS Messaging Terms
When you voluntarily opt in to SMS communications from Pagui Photography & Films, you consent to receive text messages consistent with the consent presented at the time of opt-in, including appointment confirmations, booking reminders, scheduling updates, and related communications.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and notifying us if your number changes.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
